Complete 111 Piece Canteen table of Sheffield Cutlery for 12 Place Settings in the Old English Pattern. With this set not only will you be adding style to your dining table, but also making sure you are prepared for every eventuality. 12 Table Knife (1 Alexander Clark knife). 1 Soup Ladle p. 5 Piece Carving Set (signs of heavy wear). All pieces are stamped on the underside of the handle of the spoons and forks with the POSTONS LONSDALE markings. The knives are made the traditional way with superior quality bone? Handles that are silver plated and the blades which are made from Stainless Steel which are marked with the A E POSTON & CO LTD SHEFFIELD FIRTH STAINLESS mark. This is an antique set of cutlery that has the normal signs tarnishing so a good polish will be needed. The solid wooden canteen table itself has few marks, its magnificent 2 drawers with original handles dating I believe to circa 1900. It has the original key. Some of the interior cutlery holders are damaged and will need glueing back together. In addition to the items shown in this listing, I do have more sets of cutlery.
